Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days (where available)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll make it right.
